I can enter my account

1. Before entering your email address make sure that your keyboard layout is switched to English.
2. Check the Caps Lock mode. It should be disabled.
3. Make sure that you enter the correct email address. Check if the domain is right, (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.).
4. Try to change the email address yourself using this instruction.
